This is my third time working with this combination of materials, and I really enjoy them. They both have such a great feel.The title for this piece refers to this work by Ramon Casas. And while there is no borrowing of literal images, I feel a similarity. See how his painted folds of white fabric and appears in my piece as the edges of the plaster, for example?
