I am new to the blogging world and enter it with a certain amount of reluctance. I really want a place online to direct people who are curious about my art, but who can't get to my studio for a visit. I am not sure, however, how much writing I really feel like getting in to, and knowing myself as I do, I don't imagine I will be systematic or particularly regular in my postings. The techie-Sherpa who guided my first steps on these slippery cyber-slopes contends that one must post a minimum of five times weekly. Right. I know that's not going to happen. What will happen? We will just have to wait and see!

Here it is: Room E

This is my studio shortly after I moved in early in 2009. When the building manager initially showed me the space, he told this was referred to as "Room E". Considering it was more than 3 times the size I was looking for, I kept the name (room e/roomy). It looks a little more "lived in" now, ten months later. I love it!
